Summer exercise tips ? Beat the heat to remain fit

It’s time for summer. Heat is growing day by day. Increasing heat really influence our daily life. As we all know exercise is most do work to remain healthy. In other season there is no problem to do as much exercise as you can, but in summer we get dehydrated and loose stamina quickly. So could not do for long hours. But at the same time our workout should be regular to maintain weight and remain fit. To avoid it, you need to follow some summer exercise tips.  They are as follows.

Dress Right

Starting from your exercise cloth you should wear a loose-fitting, light-colored dress and use breathable clothing. Store tight-fighting running short and in spite of summer wear shocks and white shoes. They prevent blisters and absorb sweat and Loose clothes with allows air circulation will helps in dissipating the heat to the atmosphere.

Work out indoors unless its morning

To maintain your body temperature you should do indoor exercise and with the on while exercising. Raised body temperature may lead to loss of stamina and other health problems. Still if you want to go for outdoor exercise than workout in the morning or late evening. Despite of its summer your body needs some worm up before you do heavy work out. Take time to work on breathing and position as you exercise. Improving these will make your exercise easier and more effective, and greatly enhance your health.

Drink more water

The most important part of beating the heat is staying hydrated, which means drinking plenty of water throughout the day and exercise regime, everyday (shoot for .5-1 oz. of water per pound of body weight). Even if you don’t feel thirsty, you should replenish your electrolytes lost through sweating, by drinking sports drinks. The water used should be of room temperature. Avoid sauna or extreme cold or hot bath after working out. Extreme change of body temperature affects the heart. Take bath after your body temperature comes down to normal. Follow these above tips to stay fit in summer. Don’t overdo work out which might leads to heatstroke in hot weather. Stop work when you feel lightheaded and nauseated. Regardless of how enervating the heat can be, never stop exercise in the summer to stay fit throughout the year.
